Trail time

Since we will have the babies the rest of the week, we did some special activities with the older kids today. The day started with a Barbie session, then we did "make-overs", Rielee is getting a lot of mileage out of that make-up kit, even doing a little body-glitter on Papa before the day was over.
Then we took them over to the part of the Riverfront Trail that goes around the baseball fields out by the high school. We thought it was all paved and the kids could ride their scooters, but it isn't, so we all ended up walking it instead. It's pretty cool, with exercise stations and equipment spaced all along it.

Rielee was too small to do most of the exercises, so she would just climb and hang off of the equipment.

Then we took them over to the Trail in town. They all rode their scooters for a bit, then I rode bikes with Parker and Rielee (Auna didn't bring her bike). Rielee was a little nervous about riding over the jumps at first, but got the hang of it pretty quickly.
We finished our trip with a stop at the ice cream shop since Laury was working. When we got home, Auna and Rielee went back to the make-overs, and Parker decided to clean up Papa's truck in hopes that I might break down and drive it and take him for another bike ride around the streets in town.
