Beach

It was cold and overcast when we got to Long Beach, so we stopped at the bakery to cheer ourselves up.

(Kind of disappointed in the pastries this time.)

This was our third try at seeing the ocean, brrr!

Went back to Long Beach for some shopping, then had a fire pit and watched movies and Project Runway.

Tuesday was much nicer! 

Went for a long bike ride, counting bunnies and looking at the charming houses.

Since Harper had to work Wednesday morning, we decided to head home, stopping at Fun Land on the way out of town.

Then we ate at Pig N Pancake in Astoria and visited a couple of antique stores.

A short and sweet beach trip.

 Had a yummy dinner at El Compadre, Rielee had a swollen right eye, not sure what caused it.

Ellie loves Mexican food.

Josie's b'day

Josie is turning 6 today, time sure flies!  Such a sweetie!

We had pizza with the girls, Charb, Kelly, and Nancy last weekend, always a fun time!

And this little girl in 10 months old already, loved her little bell bottom pants!

Josie came over to play Saturday.  She wanted to have a 

19th birthday party for a Barbie she named "Rose" so we made decorations.

Then we played outside where she demonstrated how she can run up the slide.

Monday Rielee played with the Kelso alumni volleyball team,

so fun to see her on the court again.

Yesterday I had a special visitor, and we had a tea party.

We moved outside for more tea and played on the hammock, too.
