Valentine boxes, volcano and volleyball

We picked up Ava and Harper from school Friday and they brought their shoeboxes to decorate for Valentine's Day.  We stopped at the Dollar Store on the way home and they picked out supplies.  They had fun getting them just right, using about a whole bottle of glue in the process.  They also worked on their valentines, then finished them up Saturday morning.

They were happy to have some sunshine Saturday and with Rielee's help, built a volcano in the sandbox.  They also managed to get muddy, especially Rielee.  She decided to see how deep the mud was in the hole Parker made beside the driveway (when he got the tractor stuck briefly last week while clearing snow).  She discovered it was deep, to the top of her boots, got her boot stuck, fell over and was covered in mud.  I was a bit flustered when she came to the door and didn't think to take a picture of her, but she looked pretty funny.

Rielee had a tournament at Mt. View high school today.  We took Ava and Harper to watch and met Charb there.

Rielee and her fans.
She's trying hard to convince them they should play volleyball.
