State track tournament

Rielee competed in the pole vault on Friday and took 6th place.

While she didn't finish quite like she had hoped, we were all very proud of her.

Saturday she took 5th place in the javelin with a PR throw of 125' 8".

Rielee's teammate Ruby Sereday won the javelin,

and along with Josie Settle, the Kelso girls team won the State Championship!

Rielee's send-off to State

Thursday Josie went with us to Kelso High School to send the track team off to State.
Macee and Craig had just got in from Boise for Tierney and Jared's wedding so they got to come, too.

The team, with the band following them, go all through the school.
Josie was really impressed.

On to State!

Harper's softball

Wednesday we watched Harper's softball game at home vs. Evergreen.
Harper played really well, here she is coming in to score.

Ava and friends.

Emmy's shower

Auna did a wonderful job with Emmy's shower.  Awesome decorations, food, and games,
and guests!

Emmy got lots of gifts for baby Hattie.

Josie got some gifts, too, one was a baby doll from Kelly, Ava and Harper.
She was showing Mom how she feeds her.  She's going to be a helpful big sister!

Rielee Regionals

Rielee cleared 12' at Regionals today in Kent, good for 3rd place and a trip to State next week.
It was a long afternoon, 3A girl's pole vault was supposed to start at 4:30, but the 4A boy's pole vault went over.  Rielee didn't start jumping until after 7:00.

Wednesday she took 2nd place in javelin with a PR throw of 123'9".

Rielee district, Josie car washing

The 3A/4A District track tournament was Wednesday and Thursday at McKenzie Stadium.
Rielee won the javelin with a PR toss of 121'1".

Getting some encouragement from Mom and Dad.

She cleared 11'7" to win the pole vault on Thursday, next stop is Regionals in Kent.

Josie came to visit yesterday, it so fun to see her after her week in Mexico being a flower girl for Auna and Colby.  She helped me wash the car.

Didn't take long for her to turn on me with the hose.

And it was definitely more fun to just play with the bubbles.
She was soaking wet in no time.

Harper softball, Ava soccer, Luke is home

Saturday Harper had a game in Hockinson.  She played great, hitting a single, double, and a triple.

They came home with us afterwards.

Goofing around on the zipline.

Sunday was Ava's last soccer game of the year.  Ava scored their only goal in a 5-1 loss.

And Luke is home for the summer from college in South Carolina.
