Ava & Harper short visit

Harper's Friday night softball practice was cancelled so the girls got to come up for the night.
We had dinner then went for a walk to look for Easter lilies, they found a few but most weren't quite opened up yet.  Papa showed them the pine tree he fell last week.  Yay-firewood+no more messy needles.

Saturday morning it was a speed Monopoly game since they were leaving early,
Papa won-again.

Colin and Katelyn

They're 18 years old, how time flies!  We celebrated with them today at Papa Pete's in Ridgefield.
Katelyn had a bunch of wishes to make so she blew her candle out last.

Rielee's track jamboree/Josie

Rielee's track jamboree with RA Long and Mark Morris was Thursday.  She won the pole vault, no PR as she's still adjusting to a new pole, but had a PR in the javelin with 109"10".

Our little visitor today was dressed in green, and she came ready to play.

She loved playing air hockey with Uncle.

Helped me make green cardamom bread.

Played Maisy for the first time,

and played with Floof.

And we cut a few daffodils and played at the play fort, a fun day with the little sweetie.

Rielee and Sadie

Rielee, our future nurse, tried on her first set of scrubs today.
Then she posed with sweet little Sadie.

Soccer and Lucy

Ava is back to club soccer and it was freezing cold Saturday for her game, which ended in a 2-2 tie.
Harper and I had to sit in the car and warm up for awhile.

Harper was thrilled when Lucy jumped up on her lap, unfortunately, it didn't last long, she moved to the arm of the chair and then left.

Harper looking pensive, you never know when Lucy will swat you.

Ava's 8th grade soccer champions

After being postponed last week for snow-last night Skyridge beat Liberty for the League Championship!
There was still some snow left on the sidelines, picture is of Harper watching with friends, Ava is on the 25 yd. line.
Charb said Ava had a great game, holding off Liberty's best player the entire game.
Undefeated!
