Colin's wrestling tournament

Saturday we watched Colin wrestle at the R.A.Long tournament.  During the lunch break I thought it was so cool the way the Skyview team put their heads together for some team bonding/relaxing.
Soon, kids from other teams joined them and they were all joking around and laughing.

Cousin time

Cousins take cute selfies.
The onesie Emmy and Dan gave us when they told us they were pregnant.
Can't wait to try it on her!

Gender Reveal

Auna did an awesome job of decorating for Emmy and Dan's Harry Potter themed gender reveal.
It's a baby girl!
Happy parents-to-be-of-a-girl!
They wanted it to be a girl so badly!  Me too.
And we also celebrated Will's 26th birthday, complete with a pink candle in his pie.

Jillian volleyball, Yahtzee

Sunday we went to Kelso H.S. to watch Jillian, the newest club volleyball player in the family.
She played really well and her team won.  Rick said Jillian hopes to make varsity when she's a freshman in high school so she can play against Rielee, who will be a senior.  That sounds so strange, how can these kids grow up this quickly?
Sunday night Parker and Kendyl came over to visit and played a game of Yahtzee with us.  Parker won.

Kendyl's graduation party, Katelyn wins History Bee

We went to a fun graduation party tonight for Kendyl.  It was at the clubhouse at her Grandma Jean's condo in Longview.  This picture is her with her sister, Grandma, Mom, Dad, and Parker.
Kendyl graduated from St. Martin's College with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

We're so proud of Katelyn, she won the Geography Bee at her school, Alki M.S., on Friday,
and she also took 2nd place in the Vancouver School District History Bee at Columbia River High School.

Yahtzee, late start

Yahtzee was the game of choice when Rielee came over Wednesday.  Ava rolled 2 Yahtzees so she won.
They had a late start this morning so we made Papa play a game with us, he smiled for a picture but was kind of bored.  Harper won this one.  We also played a bunch of games of Connect Four, without Papa, and Harper won most of them.
They had quite a bit of snow at home, we got there a little early so they had time to play in it.

Seahawks

It would have been nice if the Seahawks had won but it was still fun getting together with the Dolan clan today to watch the game.
I'm not sure if Kaylyn was praying or starting to cover her eyes as the Hawks tried to stop a Greenbay 3rd down play.

Glitter globe, math, snowflake

Trying out the LOL Glitter Globe they got for Christmas-it was pretty fun but we all ended up wearing  more glitter than the dolls.

Rielee to the rescue with that pesky math homework, thank goodness she knows how to do it.

Harper locked herself in the playroom, saying she was doing a surprise craft, and were we ever surprised when she came out with this awesome, huge snowflake.  They made them in her class yesterday.

Metal detecting

Harper took this picture of Papa and Ava just below Mickey Mouse bridge today.  They took turns detecting and found a few coins but nothing else.  The girls had fun but Ava wasn't dressed warm enough and went to the car once to get warm.  We made donuts when they got back.

New Year's Eve

The girls were out early to ride bikes before the rain started on New Year's Eve.
We had a late lunch at Papa Pete's and had the whole place to ourselves.
Papa took a racing lesson Harper, then she took advantage of having nobody there and got silly on the kiddie car, they both rode the little kids merry-go-round, too.
They played Monopoly in the evening.  We watched the ball drop on the east coast and got to sleep before midnight.
